How does the referral value work?
You earn 25% referral value on a researcher’s first order, then 15% on every reorder from that account for the lifetime of the relationship.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly. Referral value from the previous month’s delivered orders is sent starting on the 1st of the following month. For example, any commission earned in September would be paid out on October 1st.
What does the researcher receive?
Researchers you refer receive 25% off their first order when they use your unique link or code.
How long does the referral tracking window last?
Referrals are attributed for 60 days after someone uses your link. Recurring value continues for the lifetime of that researcher account.
Who is this program for?
The partner program is for people who already work with researchers, labs, or research teams and want to share a documented supply source.
Is there a minimum referral requirement?
